that portion of Little Rock, ?ulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making of local improvements therein by forming; the
territory hereinafter described into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter. set out:

S' CTIOhT 1: That said Improvement District No. 381
of the City of Little -Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the pur-oose of making local improvements
therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in
such manner and TMrith such materials as the commissioners of said
District shall determine to be. for the best interests of the dis-
trict! , the fo17_o-7in; streets:

in the City of Little Rock, nrkansas, in accordance ;pith an Act
of the seneral assembly of the )tate of Arkansas entitled "iin
ct to Iegulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class",
ao-oroved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the bound-
aries of said district shall include the follotir7ing nronerty:
Lots 11 to 20 inclusive of Block 1; Tots 1 to 9
inclusive of Block 2; Tots 1 to 6 inclusive, also
Lot A of Block 7; Lots 7 to 12, inclusi ve, of Block
8; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 9; Lots 1 to
6 inclusive, of Block 10; Lots 4 to 9, inclusive,
of Block 13; • Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 14;

S3CTION 2: That all ordinances and -oarts of ordi-
nances in conflict herexith are hereby ra�ealed and this ordi-
take
nance shall /effect and be in force from and after its pa safe,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered 'aiithin twenty days from
the date of its passaje to �ubli :h the same in some newsoaoer
published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
