AN ORDINANCE ASSFWNG THE VALUE OF THE
BENEFITS TO BE REG 'tVED BY THE O_.1 NERS OF

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Ai--_ 1ARSAS .
' =_REAS, a majority in v lue of the rroperty
o-v°,-ners owning property adjoining the loc_.lity to be
affected and situated .ithin Street Improvement
District I., - 377 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
organized for the :purpose of mar-_ing 1 )cal improvements
therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and
paving in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners of said District shall determine to be
for the best interests of the District, on the street
as set out in their petition, having petitioned the
City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the con-
struction of the improve:nlent and that the cost there-
of shall be assessed upon the real propert;;< v,.'ithin
said District, according to the benefits received;
and,

Section 1. That the several blocks, lots, parcels
and other sub - divisions of real property within said
Street Improvement District No. 377 of the City of
Little mock, Aransas , be <, and they are hereby a ssess ed
according to the assessment list for said Improvement
District as the same now rewains in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Little oc:, Aroma ns:s, and

as the same riay be annu.:.11y re- adjusted by the 3oa rd
of Asse °sons, and that Fight peruentum (8%) 5.f said
assessment of the value of the benefits on ea,--h of
said blocks, lots, parcels and other sub - divisions

11ay of each year until the whole of said assessment
shall have been raid. The first annual payment shall
be made on or before the first day of lvay, 1924.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict here,:ith are hereby repealed)
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage •
