WhE EAS, more than ten owners of real property in that por-
tion of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter described,
raving petitio,lied the City Council to tore steps toward the marring
of a local improvement district in said city by forming said ter-
ritory into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter
set forth;
NOW ThEREFOR 3: BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of -�ittle Rock, Arkansas,
SECTIOJ 1. That all of the real property situated within the
following described territory, to wit:
moots 1, 2, 3, 9 and east half of 4, '31ock 6; all of blocks
5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 13, 14 acid 16; lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block
15; Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, and Lots 14, 13, 12, east half of
11, 31ock 12; Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, 31ock 11; Lots 1 to 6,
inclusive, Block 10; Lots 1, 2, 3 azid east half of 4, 31ocr,-
9; dots 1, 2, 3, and 12, 13, 14, east half of 4 and east half
of 11, 31ock 17; Lots 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, east half of 4 and
east half of 11, 3lock 26; Jots 1 to 10, inclusive, aid weet
half of 11, 31ock 27; all in the i!ewton Addition to Pulaski
heights, now Little Rock, Arkansas.

described streets, to -wit:
