SECTIOTd 1. Permission is hereby granted to John Simms
to erect a double porch in front of his place of ausiness on the
77orthweat corner of Twenty -five Street and Summit Avenue, ;provided
same is done under the supervision of the Superintendent of public
Works.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they e0ffect
this ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
