3:]CTICN 1. That permission be, and the same is hereby
granted to C. W. Presley to erect a gasoline filing station of frame
construction a:.d composition roofing on the Southeast corner of
Twenty-third and cedar :streets.
SECTION E. All ordinances or parts of ord`_._iurices in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they affect
this ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effect from acid after
its passage.
