B°- IT ORDAIYED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TfIN CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Walter t,P. Terry
to erect a sign across the sidewalk at 314 Center Street, said sign
being the one used by him at his former place of business, and to
be erected under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public ,`;orks.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
her.;with are hereby re- ' pealed only in so far as they effect this ordinance
and this ordinance sha take effect and be in full force from and after
its passage.
