a�aCTION 1. That the sum of :6592.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any moneys in the Park Fund not otherwise appropriated for the
purpose of nurchasing from the Holloran Tractor Company of Memphis,
Tennessee, one ten (10) ton tractor, to be used as nark equipment,
aiid the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized any: directed
to draw the city's viarrant for the Lum of •;r6592.00,or as much
thereof as may be necessary, made payable to the moll oran Tractor
Company, and with maturity of such date as they may deem for the
best interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
