as may be necessary be, and the same is hereby a,,propriated out of
any moneys in _the 7'ark Fund not otherwise a,�propriated f'er the
purpose oi purchasing from the Joe Lyons Machinery Company three
rmleda trucks, to be used as nark equipment, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to r?raw the city's
currant or warrants in the a�,gregate sum of :10410,1 0 or as much
thereof as may be necessary, made payable to the Joe Lyons Illachinery
Company, and :•.-ith maturity as such date as they may deem for the
best interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
