FOR EQUIPI:ENT FOR TEL FIRE DEPART IT, !.YD FOR OTH R PUR'OSES:
BL IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '2117E CITY OF LITTLE 'SOCK:
SECTION 1. That the stun of •,;600.00, or as mach. thereof as
may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby, a,)propriated out of any
moneys in the general revenue fund riot otherwise a- orropriated for the
purpose of paying the Eureka Hose Company of l-tlanta, Georgia., for
suction hose, deluge sets, nozzles and other equipment for the
fire department, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the city's warrant for ,,600.00, or as much thereo: as
may be necessary-, made payable to the Larek4 Fire Pose Company, and
with such maturity as ixa their discretion may be deemed for the best
interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
