ORDINANCE NO. 3455.
An Ordinance laying off a portion of the City of Little Rock into
a Street Improvement District, to be known as Paving District No.386 •
'REAS, ten owners of real property in that portion of
the City of ttle Rock, hereinafter described, have petitioned the
City council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement .
in said city by forming said territory into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it Ordained by the City Cpuncil of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all oi the real property situated within the
following territory, to -wit:
All of Block One (1) Fairfax Terrace Addition, and Lots One (1),
Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Six-
teen (16), Seventeen (17),'Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty
(20), Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two (22) and Twenty -three (23),
all in Mock Two (2), 'airfax Terrace Addition;
Also a part of the SB-j� SE-1- of Section 32, Twp. 2 Td., R. 12 W.,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
350. feet North of the Southeast corner of the said Section,
and running thence West along the North side of Ozark Avenue
1297 feet more or less to the East side of I.iartin Street;
thence North 150. feet; thence East 1297. feet more or less, to
the section line between sections 32 and 33; thence South along
the said section line 150. feet more or less to the place of
beginnin. s containing 4.46 acres, more or less, and being a
-tttrip. of land of uniform width of one hundred fifty feet
abutting the North side of Ozark Avenue;
Also a part of the SW!_ 1SVVl of Section 331, Twp. 2 N., R. 12 17.,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
20 feet North and 50 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the sack Section 33, and running thence North along the East
side of Noodrow Street a distance of 2uO. feet, thence East
150 feet; thence south 280. feet; thence Blest 150. feet to
the place of beginning, containing 96%100 acres more or less,
and being a strip of land of uniform.width of one hundred
fifty feet abutting the East side of,'lloodrow Street.
be formed into a local improvement district for the purpose of pav-
ing Ozark Avenue from the North side of Prospect Avenue to the East
side of North 'Noodrow Street, and Louise Street from the south line
of Ozark Avenue to the PTorth line of prospect Avenue, and the north
half of Lee Avenue from the East line of Louise Street to the east
line of North Woodrow Street, and t:]&e North ,11oodrow Street from the
north line of Lee Avenue to the North line of Ozark Avenue extended
east, the work to be constructed of such material and in such
manner as the commissioners to be appointed may hereafter determine;
and that said district be designated as Paving District No. -
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
