An ordinance laying off a portion of the City of Little Rock into a
Street Improvement District, to be known as Curb, Gutter, Drainage
and Sidewalk District No. Z87_-
jrjHMREAS, ten owners of real property in that portion of
the City of Little Rock, hereinafter described, have petitioned the
City Council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement
in said city by forming said territory into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth:
NOVI, THEREFORE, be it Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situated within the
following territory, to -wit:
All of klocks One (1) and Two (2), Fairfax Terrace Addition:
Also a part o- the SE- SE- of Section 32, Twp. 2 1%, 12 ff.,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
350. feet North of the Southeast corner of the said Section,
and Tu.nning thence ',v'est along the North side of Ozark Avenue
129 ?. feet more or less to the East side of Yartin Street;
thence North 150. feet; thence East 1297. feet, more or less,
to the section line between sections 32 and 33; thence south
along the said section -line 150, feet more or less to the
place of beginning, containing 4.46 acres, more or less, and
being a strip of land of uniform width of one hundred fifty
feet abutting the North side of Ozark Avenue;

the place of beginning, containing 96/100 acre', more or
less, and being a strip of land of uniform width of one
hundred fifty feet abutting the East side oeV7oodrocv Street,
be formed into a local i:np-rovement ,district for the purpose of con-
structing sidewalks abutting on and around Blocks One (1) and Two
(2), Fairfax Terrace Addition, and also constructing curbs, gutters,
drainage and sidewalks on Ozark Avenue from the North side of Pros-
pect Avenue to the Last side of North Woodrow, and on Louise Street
from the south line of Ozark Avenue to the north line of Prospect
Avenue, and on the North Half of Zee Avenue from the East line of
Louise Street to the East line of North 'Woodrow Street, and on North
Woodrow Street from the North line of Zee Avenue to the north line
of Ozark Avenue extended east, the work to be constructed of such
material and in such manner as the commissioners to be appointed
may hereafter determine; and that said district be designated as
Curb, Gutter, Drainage and Sidewalk "istrict 1To. 387.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in 1-oree from
and after its passage.
