AN ORDINANCE LA *-, NG OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK I YTO A STREET I11PROV 110T DIS-
TRICT TO BE KNOT +'N AS STREET IMPROV M NT DIS-
TRICT 110. AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
THEREOF.
RHHV_jR.EAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Rula.ski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an Improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter set out.
TH REFORE, B` IT ORDAINED BY THE-13 CITY COUNCIL OF TH3
CITY OF LITTL ROCK:
SECTION 1: That said Street Improvement District No.
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local im-
provements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and paving in such manner and with such materials as the com-
missioners of said district shall determine to be for the best
interests of the district, the following street:
Izard Street from the south property line of Vest
Capitol Avenue to the north property line of West
14th Street,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled
"An Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First
Class ", approved March 22 1881, and amendments thereto; that
the boundaries of said district shall include the following
property:
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Blocks 225, 226, 227, 228,
229, 2301. 2311, 232 and 233; and Lots 7 t0 12 inclu-
sive of Blocks 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250
and 251, all in the original City of Little Rock.

SECTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its pass-
age, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty
days from the date of its passage to publish the same in
some newspaper published in the City of Little Rock for
one insertion.
