ORDINANCE NO. 341
An Ordinance Annexing a Certain Portion
Hereinafter Descriped, of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to Street Im-
provement District No. 315 of Little l
Rock, Arkansas.
Whereas, persons'Iclainting to be a rlla-
jority in value of the owners of real prop-
erty within the territory hereinafter de -I
scribed. which property adjoins 'Street Im
provement District No. 316 of Little Rock,.
Arkansas, a duty created and existing im-
provement district in said city, desire to
be addedvto and included in said improve-
ment district, and have filed a petition
With the City Councit of the City of Little
'Rock, Arkansas, prdving that said terri-
tory be annexed to said irnprovement dis-
trio and have designated the nature of
the improvement to be undertaken, and I
have described the territory to be an -�
nexed; and,
Whereas, the City Council has directed
the city cleric to publish for two weeks in
some newspaper Issued and having a gen-
eral circulation in Pulaski county a no-
tice calling upon the property owners
within said territory to appear before this
council on this day and show cause for or
against such annexation, and,
Whereas. such notice has been duly pub - I
lished and this is the time fixed in said
notice for the hearing to determine wheth-
er those signing said petition constitute a
prop value erty 1n said territory, o and. of real
Whereas, this council has heard all per-
sons who desire to be heard upon the ques-
tion of whether the signers of said peti-
tion constitute a majority in value of the
owners of real property within said terri-
tory sought to be, annexed. the City
