WHEMAS, more than ten owners of real property in
that portion of t:e City of Little 'lock, in the State of
Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned the City
Council to take steps toward the making of a local improvement
in said city, by forming said territory into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, IM,'REFO_E, Be it ordained by the Cit, Council
of the City of Little Rock, Ark.ansa.s :
to -wit:
Section 1. That all of the following real property,
Lots one to six, inclusive, Flock 27;
Lots one to six, inclusive, Block 30;
Lots one to six, inclusive, Flock 34;
Lots five to ten, inclusive, Block 2R;
Lots five to ten,inclusive, Block 29;
Lots five to ten, inclusive, Flocic 35;
All being in Braprgs Second Addition to
the City of Little Tlock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas,
be and the same is heret)y laid off and formed into a, local
improvement district, for the p,zrpose of qradi.ng, draining,
curbing, f;
uttering, and paving, with Asphaltic .- ,acadain,
'Warrenite- Bitulithic, Sheet Asphalt or any other t7,►pe of
pavement the commissioners may deem to the best interest of
the district, the followinF named streets, towit: Bral*g Street
from the south property line of Twenty -first Street to the
north propert ✓ line of Ty.enty- fourth Street; and that. said
