V,ri}ereas, a majority in value of the property owners
ovaiing property adjoining the locality to be affected and situate
in Sewer Improvement District IJo. 94 of the City of Little Rock,
organized for the purpose of constructing a system of sewers,
have petitioned the Council of tc.e City of Little Rock for t_.Le
construction of said. improvement, and that the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property of said district, ac-
ccrding -to the benefits received; and,

lot and parcel of real property situate in said distract equals
