not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of grading tild graveling
the streets inside of the Pew City Park and for the construction of a
new sewer line and for the purpose of ra-iinq labor and burtin.g materiels
for the feneral improvement and beautification of the above mentioned
park and the unpaved streets which are the approaches thereto.
