the owners and all the owners of the follo��ring described
tracts of land, to-wit: A part of the North half (ITS) of

said plats having been accepted and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock; and,

the streets as actually graded are out of line with the

all other plats heretofore riled, approved and adopted be
annulled and set aside, and said corrected plat be adopted;

Section 1. That all former -Plats of said described lanaB
heretofore made, -filed and accepted by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, be annulled and set aside and for-
ever held for naught.
Section 2. That the replat of said lands, according
to the plat Lereto attached, and known as the Corrected Plat
of __trick Powers - Addition to Little ock be, and the same
is _ereby accepted and ao-oroved, and t .a.t the description
of' said lands shall be forever known, recognized and iden-
tified by the numbers of the lots and blocks as set out Lnd
described in said plat.
3ection 3. This ordinance shall take ef-fect and be in
force from -.nd after its passage.
