Section 1. That all automobiles owned and operated
exclusively for the use of the State, County, City and Eleemosy-
nary institutions be furnished tags upon payment of twenty -five
cents, the cost of the t=ags.
Section 2. P-e lepartment malcing application to the
City Collector shall attach an affidavit stating car or cars
are owned and operated exclusively for the use of the Lepartment
making application.
Section 3. A penalty foz violating any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance is punishable by a fine of not less
than five dollars nor more than twenty -five dollars.
Section 4. This ordinance being for the immediate
preservation of the public peace health and safety an emergency
is hereby declared and this ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
