Section 1, That Ordinance No, 3124 of the City of Little
Rock be amended to read as follows: It shall hereafter be
unlavrful for any person, firm or corporation to scatter, throw,
stick, tag, or place or cause to be scattered, tarotni, stuck, tagged
or -placed in the streets alleys, and other public places of
the City of Little RocIL, or in anT- of the yards or on the premises
or in or oil the property, including automobiles, of private persons
of said city for advertising or any other purpose, any printed,
