MIFMOAS, persons claiming to be a majority in value of the owners of real property within the territory hereinafter described, which property adjoins Street Improvement District 11o. 326 o_' Little Rock, Arkansas, a c'�ul -,r created and existing improve- . ment district in said city, desires to be added to and included in said improvement district, and have filed a petition with the City Council of the City of Little flock, Arkansas, praying that said territory be annexe(I to said improvement district and have designated the nature of the improvement to be undertaken, and have described the territory to be annexed, anal, MUUMAS, the City Council has directed the City Clerk to publish for tv,o weeks general circulatior_ in Pi upon the property owners this Council on this day c,tior:; and, in some newspaper issued and havink; a alaski County, Arkansas, a notice calling within said territory to appear before and show cause for or against such annex- `AIIERFAS, such notice has beer, duly published and this is the time fixed in said notice for the hearing to dete2mii.ne tnrhether those signinf-; said petition constitute a majority in value of the owners of real property within said territory; and, 7111U AS, this Council has heard all persoi_s who desire to be heard upon. the question of whether the signers of said petition• constitute a majority in value of the ot;ners of real property within said territory sought to be annexed. ThEPMUiORE, be it ordained by the City Council os the City of Little Roth, Arka.?.sas: :section 1. That this Council has ascertained that the signers of the petition to annex the property hereinafter descried to Street Improvement District ? ?o. 326, ef' the City.- of Little Frock, Arkansas, constitute a majority in value of the otrners of real 1 e% Property- within the territory sought to be annexed, and that said petition for the annexation of said territory is in due form and properly signed by a majority of the otFrners of real property as required by law. Section 2. That all reel property bounding and abutting on Pine Street from the South property line of West 12th Street running South, to the South property line of ",•Test 13th Street and dinning back therefrom for a distance of one hundred and fifty feet, be and it is hereby added to and annexed to Street Improvement District Iio. 326 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and is a part of said improvement district, and tLe commissioners of said district shall proceed to snake the improvements petitioned for by doing the nec- essary grading, draining, curbirE, (,_-,utterirE and paving with the material and in the manner that the corzaissioners of said Street Improver.:ent District Yo. 326 have heretofore selected in said District I,o. 326; or, Pine Street from the South property line of West 12th Street riir_r.ing South to the South property lire of West 13th Street. Section 3. That the commissioners shall make the assess- ments of benefits for said improvement on the lots ir the territory to be annexed on the same basis as if said territory was included in the original district and shall file said assessments rith the City Clerk. Section. 4.
