EIGHTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SLVERTY TWO CENTS TO THE CYCLONE FENCE 00I 1PANY
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PROXIILITELY TWO MILES OF :SIGHT FOOT FENCE TO
ENCLOSE THE NEW CITY PARK, AND FOR OTHER 2UiiPOSES. '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK, AIU,
Section 1. That the sum of Thirteen Thous=and .9ix hundred Ziphty
Eight Dollars and Seventy Two cents, be, and the same is hereby ap-
propriated out of the Fund, for the purchase of
approximately two miles of eight foot enee, to enclose the City Park,
Section 2. That the I.1ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the Cit 's warrant or warrants, made payable to the
Cyclone Fence Company, %suc dates and maturities, as they may deem to
be fort the best dnter eks MT 'the city, and the Board of Public affairs
are hereby directed to dnter ifito a contract with the above mentioned
Cyclone Pence Company for the purchase, delivery and erection of said
fence, as per their bid and in conformity to their specifications, now
on file in the office of the City Engineer.
Section 3. This ordinance to be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
