Section 1. The City of Little Hock has just acquired the property between
8th and Uarkham ,;treats and west of the .+tats Asylum property for a City Park. dater
for the park, as well as fire protection for the buildings that will be erected is
necessary.
Section 29 Therefore, the Arkansaw dater Company be and it is hereby order-
ed and directed to extend its mains into and through the grounds of the City Park and
to install fifteen (15) fire hydrants thereon as shown by the blue print attached and
made a part hereof.
Section 3. In accepting this order and installing these lines and hydrants
as directed, it is agreed that no buildings will be erected over these lines with
the exceptions of the Amphitheatre and Barns south and north of the proposed Half
kilo Track, and the founuations of these buildings are to be arched over the lines
so they will be accessible for maintenance and repairs and to eliminate any possibi-
lity of damage to the line due to the construction of said buildings over said lines.
Jection 4. This extension and hydrants are ordered in accordance with
section 8, of Urdinance 14o. 3290, passed August 13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinan-
ce i1o. 3440, passed March 24, 1924.
Jection 5. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict with this ordinance.
