It is now oraained by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock., -Arkansas:
Section 1• Amend Section Cne (1) of Ordinance .o. 3548,
approved June 16, 1924, to read as follows:
That saki several blocks, lots and parcels of real property,
in said annex to said district be "ssessed according to the assess-
ment list for said Ir.,.prover_ient District, as the surie now rei.ila ris in
the office of the L ecorder or City Clerk, and that , ten per cey-,tum
(10;x) on e.ch of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid for the
first a nual pwyrient, on or before the 16th day of July, 1924; and
that, eight per centLUn (8') on e�Lch of said blocks, lots and parcels
sll� -11 be paid annually thereafter in each and every year thereafter,
on or before the 16th day of July in each ye,.r until the total of
eighty- t,,,ro per cent:.un (32;x) of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or ports of Ordinances in con-
flict h -erewitil are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take
effect ana be in fall force from and after its passage.
