All dairies producin€ rave sweet mill- to be sold in the City of Kittle Rock shall be ins, ')ected and scored by the milk inspector, and shall obtain the score of 70 or more on a dairy score card a-onroved by the City Board of Health. The maximum points being 70 for methods for dairying and 30 points for equipment, and each dairy small score at least 50 points for methods and 20 ,points for equipment, provided the above provisions do not apply to any daii-i-man selling all :f his milk wholesale to pasteurizing plants.
