SECTION 1. That Section 954 of Hale's Digest of City ordinances
be, an8_ the same is hereby amended to reed as follows:
"Section 954 No dairyman shall label his milk as certified
or in emy way advertise certified milk unless he has a
contract and authority so to do from a bona fide L:Ndical
Milk Cor.mission.
SECTION 2 This ordinance shall tare effect from and. after its
passage.
