8- ICTION 1. All regulations regarding the production and sale of
cow's raw milk shall apply egaally to goat's milk, except that goat's milk
small contain at least 4.50' -,'? butter fat.
51"OTION 2. The City Health Officer may demand such tests to be
made of all goat's milk as, in his opinion, may be found necessary to
prevent the transmission of disease.
S CT10N 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
