BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THI" CITY OF

SECTION+ 1. That permission be and the same is hereby
granted A. B. Caul der to install a septic tank in the
rear of his residence on his own property at 2210 North Hayes
under supervision of the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
