payable, to Jaffe:s Lawson, City Collector, f or the payment of labor
for the above mentioned street and sewer work in accordance With
the Erivisions of Ordinance numbered 3359 to execute and deliver
to the said Ball Benton Gravel Company, Texarkana Pipe Conilzany and
James Lawson City Collector, the city's warrant or warrants for
the Amount contracted.
SECTIOR 2. All ordinances 8,ndp;wts of ordinance in con-
fliet herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance Shall be in
full force and effect from and after its - passage.
