An Ordinance Authorizing the Board of Public Affairs
to Contract for the Purchase of One Thousand
Iron Park Benches; Appropriating the
Cost thereof and for Other Pur-
poses,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little R,¢r,,k is liereby authorized and directed to contract
with _�ti of
for the purchase of one
thousand iron benches for the new City Park, and out of the
$300.000.00 heretofore appropriated for the purpose of pur-
chasing and equipping a park site, the sum of $4500.00 or as
much thereof as may be needed, shall be used for such purpose,
are hereby authorized and directed
and the Mayor and City Cleriin accordance with the provisions
f Ordinance Numbered 3359 to execute and deliver to the said
the City's warrant or warrantl
for the amount contracted to be paid by the Board of Public
Affairs.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
