as shown in dotted li,les on the -epL-,.t of Doyle place in Plat -;oak
Lookout

Avenue ", said more ps.rticul. rly described as: A street of the FridtlY
of Fifty (50) feet, of a uniform width of Tvienty -five (25) feet
on each side of a lire described as follows: Beginning at a point on
the Fast side of Elm Street produced in a Southerly direction to the
center of South Lookout . ve -aue; thence forth Seventy -three (703)
degrees Bast 132 feet; thence iTor.th Eighty -one (81) degrees past
243 feet; thence -',orth Seventy (70) degrees East 32u feet; thence
