Section 1. That penniss ion be, and the same is hereby
granted to C.E.Sraith to construct, at 809 and 811 Broadway, o, building
with regulation brick front, and 8 -inch brick side and back galls --.ilk-1h
regulation roof.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict here-v;ith are hereby repealed, only insofar as they affect this
ordinance, a,nd this ordinance shall take effect from and after itgs
passage.
