sell ice by retail or wholesale in the City of Little Stock, shall sell Or o for

SECTION 2, All parsons, firms, or corporatio::s sellin. or o ferintr to
sell ice by retail or wholesale is the City of Little Rock, in order to prevent
fraudulent and underweight sale of said &ce, shall deliver said ice to such

or other tehicles of deliverq along any regular route, delivering ice by retail
or wholesale to any regular customers, who shall at any time v illfully fail or
ro-fuae to deliver ice from such wagons at the rPqu9st or demand of arxp r.1 -ulnr

vehicle, shall be deemed guilty of a middemennor, and a 4iol tion of this or-

SECTION 7, any person, firm or corporation rhos siiall viol,-.to may of

of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in 1hLnicipr,l Court mall be fined in any sum

any scales Upon any warigon, truck or other vehicle deliverin- ice by retail or

liver any ice to any purchaser or consumer without first weighing said ite, or
who shall not sell said ice aceoro iri, -- to its true weight, or who shall fail or
refuse to re -weigh said ice upon the rec,ciest of any Purchaser or consumer, or who
shall sell or offer for sale any ice ,>;hich is not solid, or not clear, or not crystal
or not free; from ail dirt, or filth or unhealthy or injurious substance or element,
s1zll be deemed Luilty of a misdemeanor arid upon conviction shall be fined in any
sum not less than Y10, 0 nor more than x;50,005 and each sale so made or each day such
scales showing a false weir;ht shall remian on said wa -On, truc__ or other vehicle, shall
be deemed a separate offense,
SECTION $, In the event any portion of this ordinance shall be hell. void
or inoperativ€; in any res:-)ect, such holding Shall not invalidate or affect any
other section or _portion of this ordinance.
SECTI0N 10. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall taste effect zaid be in
force ar_d effect from and after its passe.
