Little Rock the annual -rental on fire hydrants
as set
out below for
a period of four years and thereafter unless and
until
three houses shell
have been built within four hundred feet of
each
hydrant in the
addition hereafter mentioned, provided payments
shall
cease on each hydrant as the three houses are erect4d within the pre
scrib4d limits.

ward in South Lookout to the intersection of north Lookout and to it
stall standard Ludlow fire hydrants at the following locations:
Elm and Read Streets
On South Lookout between Lia and North Lookout
On South Lookout at the intersection of North Lookout
Section 2. This extension and hydrants are ordered in accord-
No. with Section 8 of Ordinance 3290, passed. August 13, 1923,
and as amended b_j Ordinance No. 3442, passed I.iarch 24, 1924.

Section 31 The Iiayor and BOARD of public Affairs are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with T. .L1, Doyle, H. ,i. Doyle
and H. W, Doyle in accordance with the provisions as recited above.
Section 4. T!3 _T all ordiaunces or parts of ordinances in con -

this ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in full force and eff eci
