property owning real property adjoining the locality to be affect-
ed and situated vilthin street Imp.�•overaant District No. 381 of the
City of Kittle Rock, Arkansas, organized for the parpose of making
local i.- wrovements therein by grading, draining, curbing, gutter -
ing and paving in such manner and with such materials as the com-
missioners of said district shall determine to be. for the best
interests of the district the streets set out in their )etition l
have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little dock,
Arkansas, for the construction of said im_orovements and that the
cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property in said
district according to the benefits received; and

33CTION 1: That the said several lots, blocs and
other subdivisions of real property within said Street Improve-
ment 5istri et 7o. 381 be, and they are hereby assessed according
to the assessment list for said district as the sLLnie now remains
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Tittle Rock, and
as the same -nay be annually readjusted by the Board of assessors,
and that eight (8 %) per centum of said assessment of the value of
-PE;. 2 - Ordinance No. 3628.

of real .property in said district shall be paid annually on
or before the 1st day of "?ovember of each year until the
,whole of said assess-zent shall have been paid. The first
annual pa.ment shall be made on or before the 1st day of
November, 1924.
33OTLION 2: That all ordinances or -oarts of ordinances
in conflict hereWith are hereby repealed and said ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
