BLOCY3 , A11D PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN

OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARK.ANSAS.
WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property
holders ovining property adjoining the locality to be affected
and situated in Street Improvement District Yo. 389 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of
grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paving with
asphaltic -na.cadam, Warrenite- bitulithic, sheet asphalt or
any other type of pavement the commissioners may deem to
the best interest of the district, Bragg Street from the
south property line of Twenty -first Street to the north
property line of Twenty- fourth Street, have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little ?dock, Arkansas, for the
construction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property of said district
according to the benefits received; and
Writ, - S, said benefits received by each and every
block, lot, and parcel of real property situated in said
district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
Dine Thousand Thirty -one and N+o One Hundredths ($9,031.00)
Dollars;

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots, and
parcels of real property in said district be assessed according
to the assessment list for said improvement district as the
same now re- mains in the office of the City Clerk, and as the
same may be annually re- adjusted by the Board of Assessors, and

that five (5 %) per centum on each of said blocks, lots, and
parcels shall be paid annually on or before the first day of
December of each of the years 1924 and 1925; and that six (6)
per centum on each of said Ilocks, lots, and parc.'-Is shall
be paid on or before the first day of December 1926; and that
seven (7/0) per centum on each of said blocks, lots, and parcels
shall be paid annually on or before the first day of December
of each of the years 1927 to 1929, inclusive; and that six
(6;0) Per centum on each of said blocks, lots, and parcels shall
be paid annually on or before the first day of December of
each of the years 1930 to 1934, inclusive; and that five (5/0)
per centum on each of said blocks, lots, and parcels shall be
paid annually on or before the first day of December of each
of the years 1935 to 1937, inclusive; and that eight (8jo) per
centum on each of said blocks, lots, and parcels shall be
paid annually on or before the first day of December of each
of the years 1938 and 1939.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
