Section 1. That permission be, and the same is hereby
granted to L.J.Ottenheimer to place a tempoig1,aonstructed
of light material ,and approximately forty -five inches wide,
extending from the building at 108 1:a.st Markham Street to
a pole in front of :,aid building; and said sign to be removed
by November lst, "N
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinancesin
conflict herewith are hereb:° repealed only insofar as they
affect this ordinance an this ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passaFre.
