SECTION 1.
The sum of X45, -329.16 , or as much thereof
as :nay be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the general revenue fund not otherwise appropriated,for the purpoee
of paying the firm of R.I . Grant and Coripany, , Inc., their fees and
expenses incurred for securi rig an extension of the indebtedness
of said i tcty represented by yl,725,000.00 warrants maturing MFOWUP
�S^ tAZT
�� and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to draisr
the city's warrants therefor, payable to the said R.,I.Grant and
Company, Inc., or such person or persons as the said firm may order.
SECTI011 2. This ordinance shall be in full force on
and after its passage.
