that portinn of Tai the Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have oetitioned the City Council to take3 steps
toi�ard making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an improvement district for the
purposes hereinafter set out.

S:,CTIOIT 1. That said Street Improvement District TTo.
401 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making local improvements therein
by gradi nag, draining, curbing, guttering and .oaving in such manner
and 1;!i th such materials as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district, the follow-
ing street:
Bishop Street _from the south property line of
'hest 7th Street to the north property line of
Wright Avenue,
in the City of _Little Roc::, Arkansas, in accordance with an Act of
the r enaral Asse.lbly of the State of Arkansas entitled, "An Act to
Regulate T.ocal Improvements in Cities of the Pirst Class ", approved
'Llarch 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of
said district shall include the following property:
All that real property lying within 150 feet east of
the east property line and all that real -property
lying- wi thin- 150 feet west of the west property line,
respectively, of Bishop Street from the south property
line of 'Vest 7th Street to the north - oroper.ty line of
"right Avenue.

ordinances in conflict heresith are herby repealed, and
this ordinance shall take effect and be in force lrom and
after its passaLe, and the City Clerk is },ureby ordered
within twenty days from the date of its passage to - -)ubli sh

Rock for one insertion.
