ORDDIIIANCE NO. 7640.
An Ordinance Laying Off Certain Portions of the City of Little
I) Arkansas, into an Improvement District and :Designating
the Property Embraced Therein; Said :District to be Kno,;rn as
atreet Improvement :District l,.o. X02.

portion of the city of Little Rock, Arlmnsas, hereinafter described
have petitioned the Council of the Cityr of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to take steps toward the raking of local improvements therein by
grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such -":manner
and with such materials as the commissioners may determine to be for
the best interests of the district, :alpine Pass (Street) from the
north side of Markham Street to the -Jest side of Crystal "venue.

Section 1. That Street Improvewellt -)istrict ro.402 of the
city of Little Rock, rrkansas, be and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing,
guttering and paving in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners may determine to be for the best interests of the
district:
Alpine Pass (Street) from the north side of Markham Street
to the crest side of Crystal Lxenue, in accordance with the act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled t'An Act to Regulate
the = :"anner of iIssessing Real Property for Local Improvements in Cities
of First and Second Class, Approved earth 22nd, 1881, and Amendments
Thereto."
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid off and
established shall include that portion and only that portion of the
city of Little lock, Arkansas, hereby designated as follows:
Lots 1, 2,3,x' :,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 and 14, Alpine Court;
Lots 1 and 2, Block 17 and hots 7 and 8, Block 16, Midland rills

.:;ection 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance s -tall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage` And the
clerk of tiie city of Little Poch is hereby ordered, within 20 days
from the passa &,e of this ordnance to publish the sari in some
newspaper of general circulation published ire Pulaski County for
one insertion.
