An Ordinance Laying Off Certain Portions of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, into an Improvement District and �esi _ ting the Property
Embraced Therein; Said District to be I:ncwn as newer and Sidewalk
Improvement District No. -403�
I.',Mr 'AS, ten or more owners of real property within that
portion of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter described
have petitioned the Council of the City of Little dock, Arkansas, t
take steps toi and the making of local improvements therein by
(1) building a sanitary sewer system with the necessary mains and
laterals and connections to serve said property and septic tarmacs and
such outlet therefor as rr y be necessary for said system, and (2) to
build sidewalks on the follo:in; streets lying within said district
to -ait:
Crestwood Drive, on both the north and south sides thereof
from the east side of Prospect r =venue to the east side of Leech
street extended south to the east property line of Lot 114, Cliffewrood,
except where said Crestwood Drive is intersected on the north side by
Jackson, I: ona:oe , Spruce, Palm and Beech Streets:
Cantrell Road, on the south side thereof from the east side
of Prospect :':venue to the wrest side of Beech Street extended across
Cantrell Road, except where said Cantrell Road is intersected on the
south side by Jackson, Monroe, Spruce and Palm Streets, and
Palm, Spruce, Ilonree and Jaci,scn streets, on both the east
and vest sides thereof, from the south side of Cantrell Road to the
north side of Crestwood Drive, and
Prospect Avenue on the east side thereof , from tale south
wide of Cantrell Road to the north side of Crestwood Drive:
Beech Street on the west side thereof from the south side of
Cantrell Road to the north side of Crestwood Drive.
20.1 to be done in such manner and with such materials as
the commissioners of said district shall deterraine to be for the
best interests of the di strict.

dock, Arkansas, be and the same is
hereby created and established for the purpose of (1) building a
sanitary sewer system with the necessa_rr mains and laterals and
connections to serve said property and septic tanks and such
outlet therefor as rmy be necessary for s�Lid system, and (2) to
build sidewalks on the following streets lying, within said district
to-wit:
Crestwood give, on both the north and south sides thereof from
the east side of Prospect 1venue to the east side of —`:eech Street
extended south to the east property line of Lot 114, Cliffewood,
except where said. Crestwood Drive is intersected on the north side
by Jackson, onroe , 31)ruce, Palm and Beech atreets :
Cantrell�oad, on the south side thereof from the east side
of Prospect i.venue to the west side of Beech Street extended across
Cantrell Road, except where said Cantrell -toad is intersected on the
south side by Jackson, Monroe, Spruce and Palm Streets, and
Palm, Spruce, Monroe and Jackson streets, on both the east and
west sides thereof, from the south side of Cantrell -,oE-d to the north
side of Crestwood Drive, and
Prospect Avenue on the east side thereof, from the south
side of Cantrell Road to the north side of Crestwood Drive:
Beech Street on the west side thereof from the south side of
Cantrell Road to the north side of Crestwood Drive.

interests of the district, in accordance with the act of the Gene - -al
assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled "An Act to Regulate the

Section 2. That the district hereby created, ,laid off and
established shall include that portion and only that portion of
the city of Little rock, hereby designated as f ollov;s:
Lots numbered 1 to 11, , (both inclusive) Cliffewood, being
an addition to Little Rock.
That all the real property so described shall compose said
district and shall be subject to the provisions of this ordinance.

Section 3. That all ordinances parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repea.lEd and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage he clerk

of the city of Little Hock is hereby ordered, within 20 days from
the passage of this ordinance to publish the same in some newspaper
of general circulation published in Pulaski Count;, for one insertion.
