AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING T - RATE OF TAXATION OF PROPERTY FOR
CITY PURPOSES FOR THE YEAR 1924.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the rate of taxation on real and
personal property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for City
purposes, for the year 1024 be and the same is hereby fixed and
esta�L:lished and levied as follows:
For general purposes, in order to carry on
the affairs of the City Government, under
Section 4, Article X11, of the Constitution
of 1S 4 there is hereby levied a tax of
five �5) mills.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage, and the same shall be forth—
Faith certified by the Mayor and City Clerk as required by law.
