PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFR.` CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That during Fair Week, from October 5th to October 11th in-
clusive, there shall be no parking from twelve o'clock noon to twelve o'clock
midnight on the following streets:
Twelfth Street from Battery to Rapr von Streets.
Markham Street from Cedar to p Streets.
SECTION 2. Daring Fair Week, from October 5th to October 111(th inclusive,
Markham Street from Oedar to Streets shall be a one -way street fcr east bound
traffic only. `m eth
SECTION 3. Any person violating any of the above provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in Municipal
Court shall be fined not less than 42.00 nor more than �o.00 and cost.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect on October bth, 1924.
