ORDINANCE N0. 3646.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRILTING ELEV=�T HUNDRED DOLLIRS TO PAY 71. J. REP-RING
FOR HIS ';1RVICES AID EXPENSES AS FISCAL AGENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
HOCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF M CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $1100.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fand
not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying W. J. Herring
for his services and expenses as fiscal agent of the City of Little
Rock in securing the extension of the indebtedness of the city
re -ores entedbgr y$1- 19725,,000imrrants, maturing September 25, 1924; and
the ;�ayor and Oity Clerk are hereby directed to draw the City's
warrants for the sum of w1100.00, made payable to the said J. T. Herring,
and maturing at such time as in their discretion may be for the best
interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
