That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -C, Planned Development Commercial, to Revised PD -C: A part of the W '/2 of the NW '/4, NW '/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: from the northwest corner of Section 10, run S88008'E, 182 feet; thence S01 °42'30 "W, forty (40) feet to the point of beginning, from said point of beginning, run S01 °42'30 "W, 134 feet; thence N88 °08' W, 182 feet to a point on the east right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence run NO1 °42'30 "E, 101 feet along said east right -of- way; thence run N62 °34' 15 "E, 77.1 feet to a point on the south right -of -way of Kanis Road; thence run S88 °08'E, 117.75 feet along said right -of -way to a point of beginning containing 0.55 acres, more or less. Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Shackleford Kanis Revised Short-Form PD -C (Z- 4745 -B), located on the southeast corner of Kanis and Shackleford Roads, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
