An Ordinance laying off a portion of the City of Little Rock into a
Curb and Gutter Improvement :District,to be known as Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No.—,4o6
�ihereas,more than ten o,,mers of real p-ro )erty in that
-oortion of the City of Little 3oek,hereinafter described,have
petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the making of a
local improvement in sail City,by forming said territory into an
improvement district for the purpose hereinafter set forth:
Novi, '1'heref ore, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
Section 1. That all the real property situated within
the following territory to -wit:
Lot one (1), two (2), three (3),five (5),and six (6),
Block four (4), lateau Addition,
Lots eleven (11) to twenty six (26),both inclusive,
Block three (3),Riffels x Rhotons 3idgeland Addition,
Lots fourteen (14) to twenty six (26),both inclusive,
Block two (2), ?iffel & Rhotons 2idgeland Addition,
Lots one (1),two (20, three (3), and lots thirteen (13)
to twenty four (24),both inclusive,
Block one (1),Pinehurst Addition,
Lots one (1) to twenty, tour (24),both inclusive,
Block two (2),Pinehurst Addition,
Lots One (1) to twenty lour (3,4),both inclusive,
Block three (3),inehurst Addition,
Lots one (1) to twelve (12),both inelusive,ani lots
twenty two (22) ,twenty three (23) , and twenty lour (24) ,
Block four (4),Pinehurst Addition,be formed into a local improve-
ment district for the purpose of grading,draining,curbing and gut-
tering beginning with �::arkhain street lying between the west line
of Cedar street and the west line of :lilm street,and Elm street ly-
in- between the north line of .,arkham street and the south line of
Lee avenue,ana _� and B and C streets each lying between the �5rest
line of -lm street and the east line of -'ose street,the work to be
constructed of such materials and in such manner as the Commissioners
to be appointed may hereafter determine ;and that said district be
designated as Curb and Gutter Improvement District 110. 406
Section 2. This ordinance shall take e_fect and be in
force from and after its passage.
