ORDINANCE N0. 36��,
off a portion of the City of little Rock into
District, to bP,#k:novm as street improvement
�- Vhereas, more than ten owners of real property in thct
portion of the City of little Sock, hereinafter described, have
petitioned the CitUT Council to take steyos toward the making of a
local improvement in said city by forming said territory into an
in,provernent district for the purposes hereinafter set forth:
Now, Therefore, Be it Ordained b,,T the City Council of
the City of little ?oek, Arkansas.
Section 1. That all of the real property situated with

Lots, one 1 two 2), three (3) , five (5) , an! six, (6),

Lots, eleven (11) to twenty- six,(26), both. inclusive,

Lots one (1) to twent"T -four (24), both inclusive, Block

Lots one (1) to twenty -four (24), both inclusive, Block
two (2), Pinehurst addition,
Lots one (1) to twelve (12),both inclusive, and lots
twenty -two, (22), twenty - three (23), and twenty -four (24), Block
four (4) , Pinehu.rst Addition: be formed into a local improvement
district for the puroose of goo paving, with concrete, asphalt,
,varrenite, or gravel, beginning ,with Ilrarkham street4f, lyin,r bet,:�reen

Elm street bring between the north line of ;;arkham street and the
south line of Lee Avenue, and A, B, and 0 streets each lying between
the .vest line of Elm street and the east line of Rose street, the
-rror to be constructed of such material and in such r:anner as the
Commissioners to be a,apointed may hereafte -e determine; and that said
improvement district be designstel as street improvement district No.407.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after tts passage.
