AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A
SEIIER LVIPROVEP ENT DISTRICT TO 3E KNOWN AS SEVER IIJIPROV&1ENT
DISTRICT NUMBER 100
Whereas, more than ten owners of real property in that portion of
'ter described, have petitioned the City
the City of Little Rook, hereina
Council to take steps toward the making of a locale improvement in said
City by forming said territory into an improvement district for the pur-
poses hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real - ,,>zoperty situated within the fol-
lowing territory, to -wit:
All of Altheimer Addition to Little ock, Arkansas, be formed into
a local improvement district for the purpose of constructing a system of
sanitary sewers; said sanitary sewers to be constructed of such material
snd to be located in such places as the commissioners of the said district
shall deem for the best interest of the district; and the lines of said
sewer may extend beyond the boundaries of the district for an outlet, if
the commissioners of the said district shall deem for the best interest of
the district, and that said district be designates as Sewer Improvement
District No. 100
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
