AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 01852.89 TO REED, DOPRtY AND HOYT FOF LEGAL SERVICES

AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THL: CITY COTMCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SECTION 1. That the suns of X1852.89 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fund not otherwise
appropraited for the - purpose of paying Reed, Doolerty and Hoyt for legal services
and expenses incidental to approving oppinion on extending the City's indebtedness
from September 25, 1924; and the Mayor and Cit;t Clerk are hereby directed to
draw the City's warrant for the sum of 1`1852.89, made p$yable to Reed, Do,�herty
and Hoyt, and with such maturity as in their discretion is for the best interest
of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
PASSED: October 13, 1924.
