An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance No. 86 4/9 passed October 13th, 1924,
Assessing the Value Of Benefits to Be Received by the Owners of Each
of the Several Lots, Blocks or Other Subdivisions of Land Within�`�
Sidewal, Improveme t District 393 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Whereas - -ups- the 13th day of October, 1924, Ordinance No. 0�
was .gassed assessing trhe value of benefits received by the property
embraced in Sidewalk Improvement District #393;
Whereas, it is found that the assessment of benefits under said Ordi-
nance is not sufficient to make the impr11o��vernent conte.nplated in the
Ordinance creating the district and that�ssessed benefits do not
equal the amount of benefits to be derived from said improvement:
Now, therefore be it ordained by the
City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the said ordinance No. -3GV � enacted upon the 13th
day of October, 1924, in which the property included. within^ Sidewalk
Imyorovement District 393 was assessed according to the assessrnent
list filed by the Board of Assessors of said Districts be, and the
same is hereby repealed and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to turn over to the Assessors of the said District, the Assessment
Books heretofore filed by them
,,that they be allowed to file a new
assessment of beneftis which they find said property will receive by
reason of said Improvement.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and said ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
