AN ORDMUTCE Ai i'ROPRIATING THE SUU OF $3,352.00, or as
much thereof as may be necessary to pay the expenses
incurred in confection with the campaign for Amendment
Number ll,and for other purposes.
BE IT QRDA 11TED BY THE: CITY COMICIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION l.That the sum of $3,352.00 is hereby appropriated
out of any money )r moneys in the general revenue fund not
otherwise expended for the purpose of paying bills incurred
in the campaign f or the passage of Amendment No.11,which
was to permit the City of Little Rock to refinance on a
much better basis by issuing interest bearing bonds to
liquidate its present indebtedness.
SECTION 2. The MVor ^.nd City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the city's warrants payable to the
persons and firms wA11rh whom these bills were incurred
in the amounts certified to by said persons or firms, and
with such maturit.* or maturities as is t�,eir judgment is
deemed best.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shell be in full force end
effect from and after its passage.
